Mission and Money Group

Our Goal for 2008
During the year 2008 each individual within our Master-Mind group assists other members of the group to earn £1,000,000 through the creative expression of their unique talents - their Mission.

Why £1,000,000 in one year?
Some people feel that £1,000,000 is such a large amount of money that it's ridiculous to even attempt to earn it in one year.  The reasons given below outline how this goal provides the perfect framework to turn Mission into money.

1. This goal encourages us to focus on our unique talents which are of real value to other people and find creative and innovative ways of presenting those talents.
   
   
2. This goal encourages us to seek help from other people to bring in the resources we need to achieve the goal.  These resources could be the time, skills and money of other people all of whom will benefit from assisting us in turning our Mission into money.
   
   
3. This goal encourages us to take action. Margaret Wheatley in her excellent book "Leadership and the New Science" says:
   

   "The environment is uncreated until we engage with it.  Action creates the environment."

   We don't know exactly what is going to happen until we take action.  We don't know exactly how the world will respond to our ideas until we put them into action.

The true value of the £1,000,000 goal is it provides a framework for us to become the kind of person who creates and implements ideas which are of genuine value to other people and from acknowledging the value of what we offer by receiving money.

Many of us have a sense of Mission but lack the inspiration or courage to express it or to "package" our Mission in a congruent and ecological way to be shared by other people.  There is no single, simple answer to this because the nature of each Mission is as unique as we are.  This is where the Mission and Money Group can really help.

The Power of a Master-Mind group
You may have already experienced powerful group dynamics during training programs or group meditations, something magical happens when people with a common intention come together.  Throw some synergy and synchronicity into the mix and we can start to see why the Master-Mind groups work. 

Conditions of Membership

• ”During the year 2008 each individual assists other members of the group to earn £1,000,000 through the creative expression of their unique talents - their Mission.”
  
  
• All members of the group are invited to participate in co-coaching as either coach, coachee or both. There will be some flexibility in the level of commitment to co-coaching taking into account each individual’s circumstances.  Members will be expected to honour all coaching commitments they make.
  
  
• All members are invited to participate in our teleconferences.  Again there will be some flexibility given each individual’s circumstances, time differences etc.
