Ability   Context
The Healing Spirit   Coaching and mentoring my clients.
External Behaviour   Emotions (Sustained)
My voice tone moves from instructive to gentle.
I am tactile.
I am aware of my breathing and the breathing of the other person.
My face softens, there is a change around my eyes and a watering of my eyes.

Calmness, congruence, rapport, curiousity, compassion, tenderness and awareness.
  Emotions (Transitory)
Fatigue, interest, acceptance of myself and the other person, frustration, self castigation. Joy, pride, wonder that have been given the opportunity to fullfil the completion of healing.
Test for values and beliefs   Strategy A (test for beliefs & values satisified)
A feeling of peace which feels like a rod going through the centre of my body extending from my head, through my stomach to my toes.
It's a flexible rod.
The rod directs a low hum which I can hear and feel as a tingling sensation all over my body.
A voice is saying to me "you have the ability to help" I believe this is the voice of God and sounds like the voice of my Grandfather.
A feeling comes up from my solar plexus which envelopes me and I become part of something that is bigger. This feeling guides me in what I am doing.
I know when my client is not ready to move forward, there is physical cut off, I feel them shut down - there is a silence in the hum (see Strategy C)
I physically move closer to my client the intention being to join their aura.
I open myself to divine guidance by praying.
Consciously and unconsciously I am opening myself to communication.
I accept I am an instrument.
I internally verbalise, "okay, I am here, what do I do?"
Mentally I am taking them in my arms to comfort them.
I use metaphor a tremendous amount.
I use mirroring and matching.
I use parts integration.
I use reframing.
Strategy B (test not quite satisified)
There is no strategy for "test not quite satisfied". I know when my client is ready to move on and when they are not.
Strategy C (test not at all satisified)
I move back to polite conversation.
I leave the door open for them to come back to me.

Enabling beliefs and values
I have faith I have been given this ability.
I have trust I have been given this ability.
I am honest with my clients about my ability to help them or not help them.
I believe everyone is a hurt child and their cry for help is a cry for their mother to heal it.
I accept there is a power and knowledge which I don't have to question.
Beliefs & Values About The Ability

Beliefs and values about the ability   Definition of beliefs and values
I trust I should be with this person.
I believe I am capable of helping this person.
I have the knowledge to help this person.
I am the saviour of this person.
= I have the compassion and the abilty which comes from my heart to help my client.

Core beliefs and values   Supporting beliefs
There is hope for a life better for my client.
I believe they would not have come to me if I were not deemed to help them.
I am a great knowledge seeker.
We already have the knowledge we just have to find a way to access it.
I believe we all come from God and we are part of God.
I believe we are all one.
I believe we all doing God's work.
All business problems are a health issues.
If you are not healthy within your own spirit you are not going to put the right influence into a group.
Additional Comments
If you have a healthy mind you have a healthy body.
Communication is a form of mentoring.
We have many opportunities to pass on our wisdom to other people
When I feel I am in control of the siutation I feel I have made a connection with the other person. It could be a connection with their recognised or unrecognised spirit. Sometimes this is a mutual recognition.
I find that every experience that is presented to me I have already experienced in a similar form.
